Aromatic w' Turkish delight, citrus & tropical fruits w' a slight bitter finish. There are no oranges in orange wine, FYI. $17/78

Pear &  nectarine fruits w' vanilla oak & buttery notes supported by balanced acidity.  If you like a traditional chardy, this wine is for you. $17/76

A bouquet of watermelon, rose and violet, with a bone dry palate, crisp and elegant w' savoury notes. A beautiful glossy mouthfeel.  $16/76

Cranberry, currants,  wild herb on the nose & palate of cherry, ultra-soft tannins. YUUMMY. $120

Aromas of cherries, sweet, dried herbs and spiced plums, notes continue onto the palate, with the addition of fresh raspberries and earthy undertones, hints of dark chocolate. $68

2021 Skigh 'ELSIE' Cabernet Sauvignon, Margaret River, WA, AUS

Sold out everywhere but not here - so you know it's a goodie. Lots of red fruit, a little eucalyptus and loads of cocoa. Long elevage in French oak has softened out the acid beautifully $20/$120

Aromas of juicy black cherries w' a grind of black pepper.  Palate possesses a ripe tannin that adds to the structure and depth of the wine. $18/84
